Subscription Terms and Details
General Terms:
- All subscriptions are for an unlimited number of surveys allowing responses up to total monthly response caps.
- Responses over the monthly caps will be billed on a monthly basis at $.03/each.
- Subscriptions allow you to incorporate any of our features (Anonymous, SSL encryption and password accessed distribution settings).

- All subscriptions include full email and toll-free telephone support Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm MT.
Monthly Subscriptions:
- Are billed monthly from activation date
- Requires no contract and can be cancelled at any time
Yearly Subscriptions:
- Are billed once and run for 365 days from activation date
- Requires no contract and will not automatically renew
- A reminder notice will be emailed to account contact 30 days prior to subscription termination date

SuperSurvey accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Corporate or government customers can arrange to be billed on Net-30 terms with purchase order inclusion if needed.
